These terms apply to all website visitors and clients using DeNitro services.
Services
Project scope, deliverables, and timeline are defined in individual proposals or agreements.
Intellectual Property
Ownership transfer rules follow the signed agreement. Until full payment, deliverables remain property of DeNitro unless stated otherwise.
Payments
Invoices must be paid within agreed deadlines. Late payments may pause project work.
Liability
DeNitro is not liable for indirect damages. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant project phase.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by German law. Jurisdiction is Germany unless mandatory law states otherwise.
