CHERRY is a Telegram-integrated rewards platform inspired by viral mechanics like NOTCOIN and DOGS, where users earn points ("CHERRY") through daily actions, referrals, premium bonuses, and community engagement. When we joined, the platform had strong early traction but lacked a cohesive interface, clear progression logic, and scalable UI components for future features.
We redesigned the CHERRY experience from the ground up — refining the reward system, building a modular interface for tasks, referrals, and Leaderboard, and crafting a clearer visual identity consistent across bots, mini-app views, and community assets.
After launch, CHERRY grew past 1.5M users, boosted referral-driven acquisition, and achieved significantly higher engagement through a cleaner UX, more intuitive task flows, and improved reward visibility.
