Warrior Cats is a competitive Telegram-based battle game where users fight opponents, farm coins, upgrade levels, and compete on the global leaderboard. The game launched during the wave of TON mini-app virality — but its early prototype lacked structure, scalable UI, and a strong referral system to fuel growth.
We designed a full game interface: battle screens, level progression, farming timers, reward pop-ups, arena UI, wallet integrations, and custom mechanics for both casual players and power users. We also introduced a multi-layer referral funnel, significantly improving acquisition and retention.
After launch, Warrior Cats surpassed 4 million users, achieved strong daily activity, and built a loyal community around PvP battles, tasks, and seasonal airdrops.
